Email Support for Migration - THUNDERBIRD - WINDOWS

We recommend to delete the email account, and then re-add it.

Please remember your version may differ from the video shown.

USE THESE SETTINGS:

Username: info@yourwebsite.co.uk
Password: Use the email account’s password.

IMAP

INCOMING SERVER: mail.gts3.co.uk
PORT: 993
ENCRYPTION: SSL/TLS

OUTGOING SERVER: mail.gts3.co.uk
PORT: 465
ENCRYPTION: SSL/TLS

How to DELETE an account on THUNDERBIRD

  1. Launch Thunderbirg
  2. Right click on your email address on the left hand side and click on “Settings”

3. With the email address already highlighted, click on “Account Settings” and then click on “Remove Account”

4. A small popup will show. Click on the “Remove” button to confirm the action.

5. Press OK to confirm the action has been done.

How to RE-ADD the account on THUNDERBIRD

1. Right click on empty space in the folders on the left side (or Right click on an existing email account) and left click “Settings”

2. Click on “Account Actions” and click on “Add Mail Account”

3. Type in your Email address and Password (Full name optional) and press continue

4. Thunderbird will automatically configure the required information on the next page.

5. Press “Done” then close/re-launch Thunderbird.  (This is to allow the main folders to populate)

Remember: You can login below using existing passwords.
