Email Support for Migration - OUTLOOK - WINDOWS

We recommend to delete the email account, and then re-add it.

Please remember your version may differ from the video shown.

USE THESE SETTINGS:

Username: [email protected]
Password: Use the email account’s password.

IMAP

INCOMING SERVER: mail.gts3.co.uk
PORT: 993
ENCRYPTION: SSL/TLS

OUTGOING SERVER: mail.gts3.co.uk
PORT: 465
ENCRYPTION: SSL/TLS

How to DELETE an account on OUTLOOK

  1. Click windows icon
  2. Start typing the word “CONTROL”
  3. Click Control Panel

4. Click “Mail (Microsoft Outlook)” (If you cant find select “Large Icons”)

5. A small popup will show. Click Email accounts

6. Choose the account you wish to remove. Press Remove

7. If you get the following error, click ‘Change’ instead, otherwise skip to re- adding video. (Look for the green bar below)

8. If you get the following error, click ‘Change’ instead. Fill in settings. Then click “MORE SETTINGS

9. Check it looks like the image below

11. After pressing OK, you should be able to access your emails.

This guide will work for 90% of people.
