Toot Hill

Toot Hill Golf Club is a beautiful Golf club based in Ongar Essex, with a spectacular layout and amazing views. The owners of Toot Hill Golf Club came to Green Tornado to look at ways of enabling their members to reserve a tee off time online. They asked us to create a bespoke system that would integrate with their current membership software, allowing members to register their on-line membership profile and making it easy for registered members to book. Toot Hill staff can now add and amend bookings made by members, as well as create rule sets for any calendar day, which allows them to create repeatable defined booking times for members to book against. This is a user-friendly, efficient and time saving system that enhances the experience for members as well as staff.
